AIS Collective 2025: A Year in Review and the Road Ahead

2025 has been an incredible year for AIS Collective, one full of product innovation, meaningful moments in the global watch community, and expanded reach for our mission of exceptional watch care. As I look back over the past twelve months, I’m struck by how much we’ve achieved, how deeply our tools like the ChronoPen have connected with collectors and professionals alike, and how we’re now more prepared than ever to make 2026 another defining year.

A Year of Innovation: New Tools and Expanded Capabilities

This year, we continued to build out a suite of premium watch‑care solutions that go beyond traditional cleaning methods. Most notably:

BronzePen™ Launch

In September 2025 we introduced the BronzePen, a Swiss‑made cleaning solution specifically designed to refresh and reset patina on bronze watches. This tool expands our capabilities into a material that collectors cherish for its evolving character, giving owners control over how they maintain and present their pieces. Needless to say, and yet with another product, AIS Collective is the first company in the world to develop, manufacture and offer such a product to the market. This makes us and our partner beyond proud. 

New Variations of our ChronoSphere & Pouch

We expanded the aesthetic options for our ChronoSphere storage solution and protective Pouch, offering collectors more ways to personalize their watch care experience. These additions combine functionality with style, making it easier than ever to keep watches safe and accessible. Personally, I am a huge fan of the colour brown, so both of these additions specifically strike a chord with me. 

Together with the ChronoPen, our trusted Swiss‑made watch cleaner, and other tools like the ChronoLeatherPen and the full watch cleaning kit, AIS Collective’s product portfolio now spans the key facets of watch maintenance.

2025 in the World of Watches: Events and Connections

This year, we actively participated in several major events, giving enthusiasts and industry professionals the opportunity to test our watch cleaning and watch care products live. The experience was invaluable and the live interaction never disappointed. It was a joy to see collectors and industry colleagues engage directly with our tools.

EPHJ Geneva 2025

AIS Collective proudly exhibited at EPHJ 2025 - the world’s premier trade show for high-precision watchmaking and Swiss microtechnology. Surrounded by some of the most respected suppliers and manufacturers in the Swiss watch industry, we showcased our full line of innovative watch care tools - including the ChronoPen, ChronoLeatherPen, ChronoCloth, and ChronoSphere.

In addition to the excitement around our innovations, it was a pleasure to reconnect with many of our partners, business clients, suppliers, and friends of the brand. Events like EPHJ are invaluable not just for exposure, but for collaboration, feedback, and future planning.

 

Geneva Watch Days 2025

We were proud to welcome collectors to our booth at the legendary Beau Rivage Hotel during the Geneva Watch Days, demonstrating our full range of tools including the ChronoPen and giving visitors early access to the BronzePen. It was a powerful moment of engagement and learning alongside horology enthusiasts from around the world.

 

AIS Summer Pop-Up in Zürich

If there’s one thing we’ve learned at AIS Collective, it’s that great things happen when you bring watch lovers together. And our Coffee & Watches popup in July was no exception. Coming together with like minded watch lovers reminded us of everything we love about the world of timepieces—and, more importantly, about the people who cherish them.

 

Oris x AIS Collective: Watch Care Workshop 

In Basel, we co‑hosted an event with Oris at the Maison Oris, giving collectors a hands-on opportunity to test our watch care tools, including the new BronzePen. Oris is known for its extensive bronze watch collections, like the Divers Sixty‑Five Bronze and Big Crown Pointer Date Bronze. Many collectors hesitate to buy bronze watches because the patina can feel unpredictable, but the BronzePen changes that, allowing owners to control and refresh the patina as desired. The live demos alongside these iconic pieces provided invaluable feedback and insights as well as a fun evening.

 

Dubai Watch Week 2025

This year’s return to Dubai Watch Week was one for the books. For the 3rd time AIS Collective joined Dubai Watch Week and now we showcased our watch cleaning tools live on hundreds of timepieces, offering real‑time demonstrations of how the ChronoPen and other watch care products work in practice. The interest was so strong that at times there queues at our booth, and our retail partners, the Seddiqi & Sons boutiques and their local online platform Ounass experienced sell‑outs of the ChronoPen and GemPen during the event.

 

Growth, Recognition, and Presence

Across 2025, AIS Collective solidified its presence in the global watch ecosystem. We continued to develop our network of retail partners and trusted stockists, increasing accessibility to collectors worldwide. Whether in physical boutiques or trusted online portals, the demand for safe and efficient watch care tools grew steadily throughout the year.

2026: What’s Next for AIS Collective

Looking ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be another year of innovation and outreach:

• Enhanced Product Experiences: We’re exploring refinement of existing watch cleaning and watch care tools as well as the development of new solutions tailored to evolving collector needs.
  
  

• Community Engagement: Expect more live events, the announcement of exciting partnerships, educational moments, and opportunities to connect in person with the AIS Collective community.
  
  

• Global Distribution: We’re expanding where our products can be found, helping watch lovers everywhere access reliable watch cleaners and care tools.
  
  

Our aim remains the same: to make the act of watch care not just effective, but a ritual that adds joy and longevity to the ownership of fine timepieces.

Your interest and trust in our tools, from the ChronoPen to the latest BronzePen and beyond, have made this year truly remarkable. We’re grateful for your support and enthusiasm as we continue this journey of innovation in watch care together.
