RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Swiss Made products from AIS Collective. Hence, if you are not satisfied, you can of course return the product(s) under the following conditions: Our returns policy lasts 14 days. This means that you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days after your purchase, for any reason and without a justification. Item(s) purchased from aiscollective.com must be returned in new, unused condition and must be unopened in order for you to be eligible for a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and, if possible, a written explanation as to why the item(s) is/are being returned. A refund will be issued via the original form of payment. All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package and customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs, should they decide to return their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please be reminded that our shipping costs are non-refundable. Hence, if you receive a refund, our costs of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Is the refund taking longer than you expected? Please allow up to 14 days from your return shipping date, for the funds to be credited back to your account. EXCHANGES
Currently we are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged evidently by our fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@aiscollective.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, the above return rules apply and we will send a refund to the gift giver.
