Shipping Policy
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Wherever you are in the world, we’ve got you covered—shipping from our warehouses in Liechtenstein, Germany and the US to nearly every country. Find all shipping charges in the table below.
To be absolutely sure we ship to your destination please add an item to your shopping cart, then “view basket” and simply select your country. If your destination doesn’t show up feel free to drop us an email via hello@aiscollective.com and we will check what we can do for you.
DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS
- Switzerland & European Union (EU): VAT for Swiss and EU orders is included at checkout.
- United States: All US orders are shipped domestically from our South Carolina warehouse. You will not incur any international customs fees or import duties.
- Rest of the World: For orders shipped outside of the US, Switzerland, and the EU, customers are solely responsible for any and all duties, fees, taxes, or customs charges levied by your destination country for importing foreign goods.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Our team will carefully pack and send your order out by the next 2-3 working day. Deliveries will take:
- Switzerland & Europe: 3 to 10 working days
- United States: 3 to 10 working days
- Rest of the World: 5 to 20 working days, depending of local customs
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
If you’re still waiting for your order to arrive then there are a few things you can check:
- Delivery date – Our shipping days above have proven to be quite precise. Weekends are not counted into the shipping time.
- Delivery address – Have you entered your delivery address correctly? It’s always worth double checking the address you entered was correct.
- Check with your neighbours – Please ask your neighbours to see if they have your order as it may have been delivered to the incorrect address.
- Deliveries to apartment blocks or offices – In case your choses delivery address is located in an apartment block or office, it may be worth checking at your reception or similarly, with neighbours or colleagues.
If you checked everything above and the order still has not arrived, please contact us via hello@aiscollective.com and we will follow up with our shipping partner to make sure that you get your order as soon as possible.
WHERE DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
For international orders you will receive your tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. Please allow for up to 3 working days for your order to be processed.
